1. 🕒 Is my order confirmed immediately after payment?

• Answer:
  • No, order processing is manual. Please wait for our official email confirmation regarding physical item availability – especially when you pay via Paynow.

2. 💳 How long do I have to complete my payment?

• Answer:
  • For Paynow , please make payment within 48 hours and inform us with an email to [email protected] with your transaction successful screenshot.
  • For Grab PayLater, HitPay, and Credit Card payments, please complete your transaction within 2 hours of checkout. Orders with pending payments beyond this window are automatically cancelled to release stock.

3. 📉 Why am I seeing processing fees at checkout?

• Answer:
  • To offer flexible payment options, transaction processing fees apply at checkout: 6% for Grab PayLater and 3.65% for Credit Card / HitPay transactions.

  • SPX (Shopee Xpress) is our preferred partner for reliable and value for money delivery!
